Shipping policy

We use flat rate shipping to most destinations. However, in some cases shipping costs may differ depending on your country. There is a shipping calculator at the checkout page, please use it if you want to check the exact shipping costs for your order.

Shipping is FREE for orders over a certain amount (amounts vary by country).

In-stock products typically ship within 3-4 days of receiving the order, often on the very same day. 

 If you purchased a pre-order item, it will ship out two weeks prior to release date.

We recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. This way you can easily check the progress of your package. If you select a shipping option with no tracking, it will not be possible to get updates on the progress of your package and if it gets delayed for some reason there will be no way to know why or what happened. If you opt for a non-tracking shipping option, you agree to free us from any liability and not to hold us responsible for packages not-received. If you opt for a non-tracking shipping option, you agree to accept any and all liability if your package is lost in transit.

COVID UPDATE: We are still shipping regularly, but all postal carriers are experiencing delays that are outside of our control. Please allow an extra few days to a week or more for your order to be delivered. If your order has been confirmed as shipped and the tracking does not update after a particular location, please be patient as the postal workers are likely working around the COVID lockdown. Your order is still en route.
